Our Mission The Arc of Grays Harbor is a non-profit organization that advocates for and supports a better quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, The Arc of Grays Harbor is composed of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, professionals, and concerned members of the community. Along with our network of members and chapters, we support, empower, connect, and inform individuals and families; improve support and service systems; influence public policy; increase public awareness; and inspire inclusive communities. The Arc of Grays Harbor is affiliated with The Arc of the United States and local chapters of The Arc throughout Washington State.

Executive Director
Kyle Pauley is the Executive Director of The Arc of Grays Harbor. Kyle joined The Arc following a two-decade career in local news at KXRO and a term as Mayor of the City of Cosmopolis. A lifelong Harborite and graduate of Grays Harbor College with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management, he has spent his life volunteering with local groups and nonprofits with the mission of assisting those in Grays Harbor in need. This includes numerous board of director positions with The United Way of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties, Greater Grays Harbor, Inc., The Miss Grays Harbor Scholarship Organization, Coastal Harvest, Hoquiam Business Association, Kurt Cobain Memorial Foundation, and others. His hobbies include collecting and sharing antiques and memorabilia from the past of Grays Harbor and Pacific counties, and he resides in Cosmopolis.

Program Manager and Pacific County Parent to Parent Coordinator
Amber Cook is the Program Manager and Pacific County Parent to Parent Coordinator at The Arc, having joined in 2017. With her background in the Human Service field and being a mother of a child with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Amber brings a wealth of relevant experience to her role. Her primary responsibility is ensuring that the Community Engagement Program runs smoothly, supporting clients in achieving their personal goals, and preventing social isolation. Amber’s favorite part of the job is seeing the growth of services in the community and witnessing the progress of clients’ support systems over the years. She is passionate about providing the best support to those in need and making a positive impact in their lives.
Hispanic/Latino Coordinator, Multicultural Parent to Parent Coordinator
Meet Estela Aguilar, our multicultural Parent Coordinator for Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties, who offers Spanish-language support and resources for families with children with disabilities. Her knowledge of various cultural backgrounds allows her to provide tailored support for diverse families. Estela also provides disability application assistance, Community Engagement Services, and information and referrals in both English and Spanish.
House Administrator
Meet Bryn Stolen our Housing Administrator for our Adult Family Home in Cosmopolis. She joined us May of 2024 and brings us a great wealth of experience in a supportive living field. With long family history, her grandmother was one of the founders for the Arc of Grays Harbor.
