About Us
The Arc of Grays Harbor is a non-profit
organization that advocates for and supports a
better quality of life for people with intellectual
and developmental disabilities.
Our work lasts a lifetime
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, The Arc
of Grays Harbor is composed of individuals with
intellectual and developmental disabilities, their
families, professionals, and concerned
members of the community.
Along with our network of members and
chapters, we support, empower, connect, and
inform individuals and families; improve
support and service systems; influence public
policy; increase public awareness; and inspire
inclusive communities.
The Arc of Grays Harbor is affiliated with The Arc
of the United States and local chapters of The
Arc throughout Washington State.

Jeff Meeks
Executive Director
Jeff has been with the Arc since 2003, serving in a number of roles on the board of directors. His background is in mechanical engineering and he has served as Executive Director since November 2012
Amber Cook
Programs Director,
Pacific County Parent to Parent Coordinator
Amber has been with the Arc since 2017. She manages all program activities, including Community Engagement, Summer Youth Employment, and our monthly clubs The We Can Club and Foodsters. She is also the Pacific County Parent to Parent Coordinator.
Christie Chiles
Inforamtion Services Director, Grays Harbor Parent to Parent Coordinator
Christie has been with The Arc since 2018. She manages information services, the website and social media, and reporting to our partner agencies and foundations. She is also the Grays Harbor Parent to Parent Coordinator.
Estela Aguilar
Hispanic/Latino Coordinator,
Multicultural Parent to Parent Coordinator, Community Guide
Estela has been with The Arc since 2021. She helps Spanish speaking clients and families find the information and resources they need. She is the multicultural Parent to Parent Coordinator for Grays Harbor and Pacific Counites. She is also a Community Engagement Guide and works 1:1 with clients to help them achieve their goals.
Jo Wilde
Community Guide
Jo has been with The Arc since 2022. She works 1:1 with individuals as a Community Engagement Guide, helping clients meet their goals and keeping them involved in the community and helping prevent social isolation.
Gunner Jones
Community Guide
Gunner has been with The Arc since 2021. He works 1:1 with individuals as a Community Engagement Guide, helping clients meet their goals and keeping them involved in the community and helping prevent social isolation.
