Who we are:
We are people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, family members of a person with a disability, caregivers, supported living staff, supported employment staff, community access providers, and interested community members.
What we do:
We promote a better future in the community for all individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. We utilize the power and expertise of our members to inform and educate legislators so that they can, in turn, make informed decisions about the issues that have an impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. The Arc’s Disability Movement Coalition would like your help in informing and educating our legislators about the needs of people with disabilities in Grays Harbor. We would like to first focus on increasing residential housing options and funding here in Grays Harbor.
Why should I join?
You will find people who have walked the walk and can help you in organizing your voice to be heard on issues important to you.
